An item is the product, lot, or job being photographed. Reports count photos taken and copies separately, so duplication does not inflate employee photo totals.

Do employees need email addresses?
No. You create their usernames and passwords.
Where do the photos go?
Uploaded photos go to your selected company Google Drive folder, organized by date, employee, and session.
Can I use it from my phone?
Yes. Employees use Capture in their phone’s browser. Administrators can manage the team on mobile or desktop.
